We reserve appointment times especially for you. We sincerely ask for a 24 hour cancellation notice. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment. 

Appointments that cancel less than 24 hours before their scheduled appointment time will be subject to a $20 fee. No show appointments will be subject to a 100% fee of the booked service. New services cannot be booked until this fee is paid. 

We understand that emergencies come up from time to time and we will do our best to work with you.
